Embracing Self-Compassion Amidst the Pain
Every layer of your healing deserves tenderness, even when you feel like you're moving at a snail's pace. Progress isn't always loud or obvious, sometimes it's as gentle as taking a breath, saying no, or letting yourself rest. Whatever your step looks like today, it's enough.
Healing isn't linear, and it certainly isn't one size fits all. Some days you'll feel strong, other days you may feel fragile. Both are valid, Honor each layer - pain, hope, and everything in between.
You are proof that slow healing is still healing. Offer yourself compassion; you're doing better than you realize. Remember, your journey is uniquely yours, and every small act of self-kindness moves you forward.
ENCOURAGE / DISCOURAGE

Not Remembering things ok. Some people come along from a time you know you wasn't yourself. you were hanging around people that if who you were now, you try to imagine whatever did you all have in common. Don't let them tell you its drugs, don't let them make you think that your crazy. You disconnected from the part of you that never felt apart of that crown and I'm telling you that, it is OKAY; YOU HAVE REACHED A LEVEL OF GROWTH THAT THEY NO LONGER UNDER STAND.
Managing Pain

In this Photo it determines which choice one choose to make in spite of the other. many choose to struggle when the choice of living is so close, when you are rushing it may be hard to see. That does not mean it isn't there just means you need to clear your path in order to see what is right in front of you.
