Her training is complemented by lived experience. Shaneequa has navigated challenging personal experiences and now uses her insight to guide women through reflection, confidence-building, and personal growth. She shares her journey to inspire and empower women to reclaim their voice and presence.


Through her work with IMCR, Shaneequa has collaborated with experienced professionals like Stephen Slate and Dorothy Balancio, further honing her skills in conflict resolution and communication.
